A full unboxing video must be taken from the package cover opening in a 360 degree view without any cut, stop, or pause to solve any issue ma'am.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product received is broken or incorrect. 
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the product.
