Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, please contact Dhanyas Crafts as soon as possible.

A complete, continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened package may be required to verify the issue.

Minor issues caused during transportation, such as a slightly bent earring stem or a small bead/stone becoming loose, may not qualify for replacement where the issue can be easily repaired.
